Windows Live Safety Center

WLSafety icon.gifLast week, Windows Live Safety Center was updated, and the web-based virus scanning tool now is able to scan for registry changes, detect and remove spyware, scan someone elses computer from Windows Live Messenger and help them with their computer problems, and report what you’ve found to Microsoft. The Safety Center offers an option for a quick virus scan, or a more in depth complete scan that includes the registry and spyware scan.

Worthy of note as well is that Windows Live Safety Center appears to be the first English language group to use the new Windows Live message board at boards.live.com.
