Well, I’m excited anyway.  We’ve had a few small but quite annoying issues with our recent upgrade server move, and the one affecting our readers most has been the inability to upload avatars.  Well as of tonight that’s fixed :), so you are free to upload away.  Just sign in (or join LiveSide if you haven’t – then you’ll be able to leave comments and use the forums), edit your profile, attach an avatar, and save.

Sorry this has taken so long to get working, and thanks to our friend Robert McLaws (that’s his Simpsons avatar) for figuring out that ASP.net ajax and our avatar uploads don’t play nice together.

We wrote a while ago on some ways to create avatars, including South Park characters and the Simpsons, or just include your smiling face :).
