UK TV ad for Bing airs

The first of 3 TV ads for Bing in the UK will air from Wednesday 10th of March across ITV, Channel 4, Five and their portfolio of TV services as well as Sky Media and IDS digital channels including Bravo, Dave, GOLD, Living TV and Good Food.

It is the one mentioned earlier in which a woman appears overwhelmed by information when asking for “directions to Euston Station.”

It seems a bit… overly British. They tried to make it British by using the tube and using the Tower Bridge on the Bing screenshot.

    But it’ll do.

“across ITV, Channel 4, Five and their portfolio of TV services as well as Sky Media”
Sky Media? – more likely – Sky (Satellite) and Virgin Media (Cable)?

IDS? the mentioned channels are UKTV based which 50-50 stake Virgin Media and BBC Worldwide

Not surprised. The original Bing Ads rated even higher in the U.K than in the USA because their particular humor. Lets see if the local versions do still rate high.
