IE9 Beta launch: “The Beauty of the Web”

For many, Internet Explorer has been much more a beast than a beauty over the last few years, but with a new emphasis on standards, on using the “same markup”, Microsoft has finally come to the table with a newly revised IE.  We’ve seen a number of “technology previews” of the new browser, with some impressive stats and test results, but next Wednesday, September 15th, Microsoft is set to unveil a real live beta of IE9 for the first time.

We’re heading down to San Francisco to attend “Beauty of the Web”, the IE9 beta launch, and as we’ve done in the past, we’ll attempt to liveblog the keynote, along with our friend Long Zheng from istartedsomething.com:
