The Bing Maps Silverlight Control has left CTP stage, as said it would back in August. Version 1.0 has just been released.

Everything from the CTP was brought forward including support for Deep Zoom, scalable images, video placement etc.! The control has been updated to Silverlight 3 (Out of Browser feature etc.) and has support for Expression Blend. But that’s not all! For the full list of what’s in the Bing Maps Silverlight Control v. 1 read Chris Pendleton’s post on the maps blog.

Also note that the Terms of Use changed, so much even that Chris decided to write an entire blog entry for it: "Bing Maps Terms of Use Changes; Benefit Educators, Not-for-Profits and Developers."
