Same here guys.  Usually it works out that I'm only ever running a final version of Messenger for a few weeks before I'm already running the beta of the next version.

Wahey! got my invite and now it's pending! Can't wait to maybe see a new UI? (I'm hoping) And many new features! (As I've heard there are going tobe many :D)

calum don't expect to see a new UI from the straight off, they only just finished rolling out the Wave 2 UI!

Are you only invited if you live in the USA  and used the Beta versions of Live Messenger?

How do you get the invite? I went on the connect site and it wasn't listed.

You needed to have been on the v8.5 beta, or the Windows Live Betas Beta on connect to get your invite.

Yes!I got invited too!Currently the status is pending.But,as soon as the program starts,most probably everyone will be approved!I'm waiting desperately to download & test the upcoming version of windows live messenger 9 Beta.So please,can anyone out here,help me know that when is the program starting?
