Ballmer announces Windows Live Search Center: soon in beta


At his keynote at the Worldwide Partner Conference yesterday (July 11), Steve Ballmer announced the new name for Windows Live Search (the desktop one), or OneView as it has been known internally, as Windows Live Search Center. The new product promises One Place to Search All Information, Instant, Precise and Actionable Results, and Seamless Integration.
