Thanks to the new Russian Windows Live promotion site, http://www.beonlive.ru/ there are now some Windows Live desktop wallpapers available for download, as well as a Windows Live Messenger screensaver. The site is part of a wider effort to kickstart Windows Live in Russia, which has included large posters being errected in Moscow city center on Tsverskaya. As a bonus for the first 50,000 registered users who downloaded the new Russian Messenger, their names will be added to the poster at a later date. (You can see a realtime download counter on each page - currently its at 57,450 downloads, though not all of those users have registered.)
