An update to the Windows Live OneCare Family Safety website (fss.live.com) has taken place this weekend, with the layout changing to the familiar Orb + Flair seen on the many other Windows Live sites. According to an email sent to testers, the update will also add new functionality and content to the service. although it will not be completed for a few more days. At the same time, there is expected to be a refresh of the Family Safety client.

For those not familiar with the service, there are two parts:

• The Family Safety website, which allows websites and content to be restricted for each registered Windows Live ID, with reports of childrens' activity also appearing here.
• The Family Safety client, which filters content based on the settings chosen at the Family Safety website.
