Search Your Way To A New Xbox or Media Centre PC

This has been around for a couple of months now, but with the closing date set for 15th May, that leaves a final month to go in for this competition. So what is it? Well, MSN UK is running a "Conspiracy" game with the prize being a brand new Xbox 360 and Media Centre PC.

What do you need to do with this competition? Simple: solve the clues given, using Live Search to assist you. This isn't the first time Microsoft have done this game, Darren Straight gave it a mention last year, but it seems that this is a different one from that one.

Please remember to read the terms and conditions as it does say you need to be over 18, although doesn't say anything about locale...

Good luck if you go in for it smile_regular

I played the 1st MSN Conspiracy game, and it was kind of awful. While the graphics were kind of good (similiar to Nancy Drew PC games, but slower and choppier), the clues can be really hard to figure out, and the more you got deeper in the game, the less interesting it got. I had to quit, because it was really boring. Other fed-up users who were also trying to find answers and hints to the game, made fun of it, and called the Conspiracy game, a real conspiracy, all to just drum up some extra searches done on MSN search.

I hope the new one will be better though. I think they should have learned their lesson by now. I'll be sure to give it a try just to see if it's better.
