Silly marketing, con't: Live Search club

Here's a new site where you can win prizes for playing (pretty easy) games; Live Search Club.

 

 

In a funny coincidence, I saw this on Venkat Narayanan's blog.  Venkat was one of the (three) original members of the Start.com team, along with Steve Rider and Sanaz Ahari.

Actually, this seems to be more like the beginning of Microsoft's online strategy. Maybe this is Microsoft trying out the "use our services and get points for our premium services" kind of thing. Right now it may not seem like it, but it certainly does not look like just a marketing campaign to me.

Wow the games are really hard. I don't understand them at all. Also it's US only for the rewards, so forget it. I'm not gonna bother now lol.
