The MS Research Machine Translation team has released an updated version of Windows Live Translator. The UI has been tweaked a bit here and there but we have not found any new features. Some people have reported that the IE8 translation activity is now broken which looks like there were some API changes. We will hopefully know more once the team puts up a blog post.
