Windows Live Sync downtime notice

The following appeared on the public newsgroup:

On Monday, January 19th, Windows Live Sync will be unavailable from 11 AM
PST until 4 PM PST while we perform some upgrades. We apologize for the
inconvenience and promise to have Sync back up and running as soon as we can!
