I think it is a breath of fresh air in terms of toolbars. I like the fact that I have access to important content at a click of a button.

I also like easy access to search and some cool integration with cashback. I can't believe you don't like the flip to search functionality at relevent times - great intelligence there.

Watch out for this toolbar - it is definitely a keeper and more upside then any toolbar out there.

Why not the Windows Live Toolbar? It's much better, and I'm quite sure most people won't find a thing to care about with the MSN Toolbar.
