Je suis peut-être Hors Sujet, mais je trouve qu'il serait interressant de changer la couleur des flèches de synchronisation ou alors d'y ajouter une bulle, si des fichiers ont été synchronisés

I am having issues where I delete a favorite out of the favorites folder either in IE or on skydrive and it comes right back within minutes

I have found that the Favorites sync on the toolbar plays havoc with the smart address bar in IE 8. When favorite is synched from another computer, the smart address bar will not recognize it.

Not normally a Toolbar type of guy either here. However -- Windows Live Toolbar is now the first toolbar that has really stuck with me. When signed-in to the Toolbar -- I get quick and easy access to all of the Windows Live services. Given I have more than one PC, and more than one laptop -- the Favorites sync is a godsend.

Favorites Sync isn't available in all markets yet. If you don't see Favorites mentioned on the left when going to download.live.com/toolbar without adding ?mkt=en-us to it (if you did before please clear your cookies before going there again) or by adding your own market to it then it just isn't available yet where you are (it isn't where I am either).

The fix mentioned in the article will only make Favorites Sync appear if it is indeed available in your market. Do uninstall the old Favorites service if you have it listed though, it's redundant and may prevent Favorites Sync from showing up once it is available.

I don't have any more insight other than doing what I outlined in the article, which just happened to fix the problem for me.

Did you have the old Favorites service installed? If so, did uninstalling it and then reinstalling the new Toolbar Beta from http://download.live.com not work for you?

If none of this has helped, my only suggestion is to try contacting someone at http://support.live.com/ - although the Windows Live Toolbar option there didn't do much for me :-(

Anyone else have any suggestions?

I'm still having trouble with my favorite synchronize with the Toolbar ... This option simply does not appear in my Toolbar, even within the Toolbar options. I installed the Toolbar on 3 computers and in any computers, the toolbar did not show any option to synchronize my favorites ..

For me, Toolbar is one of the most important tool in Windows Live Essentials, 'cause I can have one click access to a lot of Windows Live services whenever I'm on the Web ... Is most important to me to sync my favorites ...

Any one already see this option within Toolbar? I'm starting to think that favorites sync is utopia...

I do not use toolbars either Kip. Most technical people I know do not use toolbars. Generally they're just a waste of real estate...

2 hours, I took my laptop to my pool area to access some body building sites I discovered and bookmarked with my desktop. Quickly installed Live Essentials for one reason only, the Live Favorites. An hour later I gave up and had to walk back to my desktop to following the sites.
