You have the Zune service now, expand, kill off similar services, trim the fat. How can MSN run for so long and make no profit. It&amp;#39;s a mess.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;R&amp;amp;D doesn&amp;#39;t necessarily imply E&amp;amp;D, and unless there&amp;#39;s something I missed in Ballmer&amp;#39;s letter, I think people are jumping the gun on the E&amp;amp;D claim.&lt;/p&gt;
