&lt;p&gt;It does not even compare to the leading video-sharing sites out there today. Tacky &amp;#39;features&amp;#39; like video ads playing before you watch a video wastes some time, there&amp;#39;s no HD option, when a video is done playing a stupid MSN content one appears 9 seconds later, and there&amp;#39;s no really good features that would make anyone be a frequent user of Soapbox.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Seems like Microsoft is heading toward an approach like Brightcove, a MUCH better content provider than Soapbox probably ever will be. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m seeing Soapbox go in the waste like Live Expo and Live Favorites. Too bad. They could have rebranded it to Windows Live, add some nice Silverlight features, integrated Bing Maps, thumbnail previews like Bing, etc. and make it better, but nope. &lt;/p&gt;
