The hardest part is getting friends to do something so simple. It's like trying to get them to make dentist appointments.

But they'll hit the 'forward' button on every chain email that hits their inbox.

And for any UK users, there are some for the UK as well, although not documented anywhere. I have *oxfam set in mine, but I can't for the life of me remember where I happened upon that :)

I work from MS and we have been told that it must be in the Display Name, the Personal Status Message will not count.

This is a cool idea! I appreciate what they've been doing lately, donating to charties and stuff. Like the click4thecause thing they had : http://click4thecause.live.com/Search/Charity/Default.aspx

This is even more relatively easy and gives to more than one organization. I'm gonna go for the Boys & Girls Club. This is a great initiative.
