Will the new Windows Live Mail ever support nested folders? This may seem like a really little thing but would be of huge benefit to me!

"Finished" is all relative. Now that Hotmail has been rebuilt from scratch and a brand new power platform (actually several platforms) have been created or rearchitected...the team can go to work building on top of the new Windows Live Hotmail and truly deliver some killer stuff.

Is Hotmail finished? Absolutely not!

Does the new Hotmail meet what the team set out to do 30 months ago? Yes. This is what is finished. This is what is no longer in beta.

@live.com for all only lacks to liberate the domain. You using the Windows Live since the beginning and is to each better day, penalty that the Spaces not yet is of the skill that I want.

I think for the most part it looks finished but there are some simple things that they could had added like having an option to automatically check for new mail.

I do have to say that WL Hotmail looks a bit rough to me compared to the new Yahoo Mail Beta. I have to commend Yahoo for giving there new products nice feature and a very poslished look.

I wish Microsoft could do the same.

I think you'll find it is finished. They only need to do the calendar.

I'm sure they'e carried out all tests they need to, I mean it has been over 2 years in the making.

I'm glad it has been released, although I hope they still release new features regularly, otherwise I'll get very bored lol.

They really ought to look at finishing the product before they remove the beta tag. Don't get me wrong, it's mostly finished, but it doesn't look as though they've done very thorough internal quality tests.
