Is this a possible Windows Live alternative to Yahoo!'s Flickr? I love Flickr and all, but could this finally be Microsoft's own alternative to Flickr?

Sort of interesting, although it seems like it would only really be useful for giant photo collections (either giant photos or just lots of them).

Out of curiosity, what does it have to do with Photosynth? I thought the zoom tech was all Seadragon, and Photosynth adds the 3D capabilities...
