Both MSN Video and Y! Video offer nothing compelling enough to attract the wide range of users YouTube has. Both sites have some upsides, but for the most part, they're real losers (esp. MSN). Marketshare does not mean it's any better.

The only reason why YouTube still dominates is because of the wide accumulation of content, not the site itself. As soon as someone makes a super-video sharing site, then we'll see people shy away from YouTube.
