All right people! we have taken a lot of heat over this one, but I can tell you now that we actually have three guys working on IE 8. They work shifts too and all are notable programers, designers, network guys! Their stress to date has been to use the IE7 "engine" with a whole new Office'08 type look and feel. You will love the results so far, everything has been moved around and renamed!

Just go check www.microsoft.com/.../Install.htm every 5 minutes until they activated the links.
