Did you check out the comment in the original post by gvoronel (www.liveside.net/.../live-search-for-windows-mobile-gets-update.aspx) on how to fix? Does that help?

Yep, same as Tegument. I have a WM 5 Q and same version number. No sign of these new features.

@Kip: yeah i've been tryn wls.live.com since it was posted as updated the other day on my win mo 5 Q, plus been checking the client update available option in the clinet menu and still as of right now only get vers 2.5.2908.31943 :(

Sorry, here's some better info: WLS runs on 5.0 and above, and on the Blackberry, and on any phone with a browser and a data plan.

@MisinformedDNA: def works on 6.0, as that's what's on my Shadow. I believe it should work on 5.0, too, although not certain of that. I think so.

@Tegument: You've tried nav to wls.live.com on your phone?

I don't understand how you got the new wls for mobile, everytime i go to the d/l page it still has the older version and not the new one.

I tried playing around with that this weekend. I want to know what bonehead disabled paste on the URL entry field in WLS.

Couldn't agree more Kip. When I heard this was coming I figured there would be some sort of integration with LiveID, i.e. you signed into it within WLS. I'm very underwhelmed by this.
