I just want a consistent UI the same as the new Windows Live Messenger, as promised. I know this isn't the final version, but it really doesn't look like we'll get that :( :( :(

So now that everybody is using the leaked Wave 3 Milestone 1 build, (oops we can’t talk about that) and Microsoft employees are using the latest Milestone 2 daily builds, we thought it was time to just cut to the chase and look at what we expect to see come final release (or M3 for those keeping count).
