You can use windows live frameIt with Popfly "RSS" block - just put the RSS feed of choice in there. You can then hook it to any of the Popfly's displayer blocks.

although we can change the color scheme of the Wave 3, but as you see in Writer the text header is black. So we can't change the background to something dark ? like black, blue ...
