There’s a big IE9 presence at SxSW this year, where Microsoft is releasing the new web browser to the world with a Texas sized party. Microsoft announced at MWC in Barcelona in January that IE9 Mobile would be coming to Windows Phones “later this year”, and speculation has been that it will ship with the “Mango” update, although there have been hints that it could ship significantly earlier than that. We’ll be watching the webcast this evening with renewed interest to see if there’s any more official mention of IE9 Mobile!
